A certificate of insurance can be obtained from their website:

1. From the home page, at the bottom of the page, click on Certificate Of Insurance.
2. Search 37303740 Lake Shore Drive. 
3. Click on 37303740 Lake Shore Drive Condominium Association and fill in all the blanks provided or as you see necessary.
4. Click "Print from web" at the bottom of the page and print at your own computer.
