Welcome to 3730-3740 Lake Shore Drive Condo! We are a spectacular vintage building located along Lake Shore Drive. Designed by famed architect Walter Aleschlager and opened for occupancy in 1924, this two tower condominium has continued to grow throughout the years to become one of the premier Chicago lakefront associations.    

3730-3740 Lake Shore Drive Condo is made up of two 16-story towers, for a total of 62 units. The towers are brick construction and connected by a beautifully renovated lobby, behind which is a decorative courtyard garden. The garage was constructed in 2005 and contains 80 interior and 65 exterior parking spaces.
